We've created four new Web Application video demos for PAAM!
PAAM is used across Europe for the recruitment and management of staff and volunteers for events, festivals, projects and expeditions.
The new software video demos have been created to:
The first demo looks at PAAM account setup and the application process from a user perspective. In this demo we talk through how your applicants can setup an account, apply for positions, choose shifts, upload and download documents, receive updates and make payments.
The second demo looks at the first of the main administrative areas of PAAM; the Admin Overview page and its related features. In this demo we look at how you can contact applicants, comp applicants, export data, view your PAAM stats and manage your blacklist, whitelist, staff and seasons.
The third demo looks at the second of the main administrative areas of PAAM; the Event Admin area and all event related features. In this demo we talk through adding new events and positions, creating groups and shifts, filtering and contacting applicants, accepting applications, exporting staff, volunteer and event data.
The fourth demo looks at PAAM applicant profiles and search, administrative settings and security. In this demo we look at the fully customisable applicant profiles and database search functionality of PAAM. We also look at the administrative settings page and provide an overview of PAAM's performance, resilience and security features.
