We've designed a new website for our sister company Hotbox Events!

Hotbox Events was founded in 2003 and has grown to now recruit and manage thousands of staff and volunteers for festivals each year including the Reading Festival, Leeds Festival and Latitude Festival.

The Hotbox Events website is the first port of call for people interested in festival jobs and volunteering opportunities with Hotbox Events each year, and as recruiting thousands of staff and volunteers is no mean feat we designed the Hotbox Events website to be as eye catching and easy to navigate as possible.

The new website builds on and improves upon many of the areas that made the original Hotbox Events website so successful, including new recruitment and informational pages, imported data from the previous custom CMS to updated news and FAQ areas, a new festival forum based on MVC Forum with all previous users and posts imported from the original Snitz Forum, and fully manageable festival photo galleries.

We've designed the new Hotbox Events website on the Umbraco 7 CMS which offers the Hotbox Events team a comprehensive and user friendly Content Management System. We've incorporated Newsletter Studio into the new CMS which allows for the company's large staff and volunteer newsletter to be managed within the same CMS as the website. We’ve integrated the Twitter API and Hotbox Events PAAM Software API, and incorporated form and data management into the CMS.

The new website also uses a responsive design which allows for the content to be delivered predictably to visitors irrespective of the browser or device they are using to navigate the website.
