Web Application Development for Merlin Estates Property Management

We've been working with the Hampshire based property management company Merlin Estates; adding new features and functionality to the web application we developed for Merlin Estates to help with the administration and management of their property portfolio!

The software application provides a dedicated payment management solution for solicitor enquiries, ground rent, share certificates, certificate for compliance and deed of covenant, an administrative area for user and account management, a payment reporting system, and integration with the PaymentSense merchant gateway.

The new features and functionality we've worked on for Merlin Estates include:

• Integration with the Merlin Estate's main database allowing the cloud based system to communicate and source client details including payments owed, and pass back transaction details.
• Creation of PDF invoices for card fees for transactions.
• Additional fields for payment reasons e.g. replacement keys and access dongles.
• New system export options and fields.
• Removing surcharges from all transactions.
• User Experience (UX) improvement for users if a card payment is declined, showing the reason and saving in the system's database.
• User Experience (UX) improvement for administrators if a card payment is declined, showing the reason and saving in the system's database.
