Shirazeh Houshiary Veil Arts Animation

Hotbox Studios' Mark Hatchard has started working with the visual artist Shirazeh Houshiary to produce a new fine art film installation entitled Veil.

Veil will be presented at the Lehmann Maupin Gallery (New York) between 18th February - 25th March 2006.

Veil is a fine art film installation by Shirazeh Houshiary, animated by Mark Hatchard at Hotbox Studios.

Veil was conceived when producing animation for the Wayne McGregor | Random Dance production Amu. Amu premiered at Sadlers Wells Theatre, London in September 2005. Amu will be touring worldwide in 2006.

Houshiary refined the animation to create the independent fine art film installation Veil with the help of animator Mark Hatchard at Hotbox Studios.
