Milbury Contractors Web Design

Hotbox Studios has been working with Milbury Contractors in 2013; developing the new Milbury Contractors website which we've just launched!

Milbury Contractors is a Groundworks and Civil Engineering Company that was established in 2006. Milbury Contractors specialises in residential developments and ground remediation projects ranging from £75,000 to £4,000,000. Projects to date have been undertaken throughout the South-East of the UK, and with the recent opening of their Bath office Milbury is looking to expand to the South-West.

The new Milbury Contractors website is based on the WordPress Content Management System (CMS); allowing Milbury to login and easily update their website as details change and new projects are completed. We've tailored the WordPress CMS admin interface for Milbury using Advanced Custom Fields; allowing Milbury's projects to include additional fields such as photo galleries, map locations, a custom thumbnail, budget and client.

The website makes use of the Google Maps API which allows for geo-location of Milbury's projects on Google Maps across the South-East of the UK; incorporates a Responsive Web Design (RWD) meaning that content is delivered predictably irrespective of device (notebook, tablet or smartphone); and makes use of a custom web typeface using MyFonts.
