Web Application Development for Merlin Estates

We've been working closely with the property management agent Merlin Estates; developing a new cloud based software app to help the Merlin Estates team with the administration and management of their property portfolio!

Merlin's new cloud based software app now provides Merlin Estates with:

• A dedicated payment management solution for solicitor enquiries, ground rent, share certificates, certificate for compliance and deed of covenant.
• An administrative area for user and account management.
• A payment reporting system.
• Integration with the PaymentSense merchant gateway.

The new cloud based software app is based on the Laravel PHP MVC framework and designed using Responsive Web Design (RWD); allowing for access via a web browser on a PC, Mac, tablet or Smartphone.
