PAAM Web Application Development

The PAAM Web Application helps by consolidating many of the administratively heavy tasks involved with recruiting and managing staff and volunteers.

PAAM makes it easy to setup new events by adding the basics such as how many staff and volunteers are required, the event dates, location, map link, the roles available at the event, notes and information. As soon as an event has been setup in the PAAM Web Application; staff and volunteer applications can be activated allowing for event recruitment and management to begin.

As an event moves closer information and documents such as briefing packs, health and safety information, directions and maps can be uploaded to the PAAM Web Application for staff and volunteers to access and download.

Groups can be added to event in the PAAM Web Application to allow for staff and volunteers to be organised into teams and shifts.

As a cloud-based Web Application PAAM enables staff and volunteers to access their profiles and applications from anywhere in the world on any device, and for event teams to easily keep up to date with staff and volunteer recruitment and management.

The PAAM Web Application provides simple and quick to reference visual breakdowns of event statistics including active event staff and volunteers, event staff and volunteer applications, group and shift totals.

To allow for seamless communication with applicants the PAAM Web Application offers email and SMS for targeted messaging throughout the event staff and volunteer recruitment and management process.

Data held within the PAAM Web Application can easily be exported for sharing and import to other applications, this can be be achieved by either using one of the standard export functions included with PAAM, or a custom developed export.

The PAAM Web Application includes a wealth of functionality as standard but is also fully customisable. PAAM offers a number of off the shelf add-ons, with the option for custom functionality to be developed to fit the needs of the organisation and users.
