PAAM began its life as a simple online form in 2001, setup to help one of our event clients and our sister company Hotbox Events to accept job applications online. From there the system was developed to incorporate a database and basic search features.
As the companies grew as did the number of applications being received, which lead to the need for a more advanced system.
In 2006 we began development of PAAM, which we released in the summer of 2007.
PAAM is now used by companies across the UK and Europe, and by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide each year!
