Hotbox Studios worked closely with the visual artist Shirazeh Houshiary in producing the fine art film installation Dust.
Dust is a fine art film installation by Shirazeh Houshiary, animated by Mark Hatchard at Hotbox Studios, paired with the chanting of soprano Olivia Salvadori. The animation is presented as a projected film installation, the single projection broken into 49 separately animated cells.
"The work taps into the energy and rhythm of such ephemeral things, celebrating a beauty that normally passes by undetected."
