Silex website Umbraco CMS and Multilingual updates

We've been working with Silex Silicones; a manufacturer of silicone rubber products from six UK locations and also partnered with MVQ Silicones GmbH) in Weinheim, Germany.

We've been working closely with Silex to update the responsive website, ecommerce solution and CMS we launched for Silex in early 2014.

To assist with Silex's international customer base we've created mirror websites in French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Slovakian. We've also setup a new permission set and user accounts to allow the Silex translators to develop the new websites.

As part of our ongoing client management and support we keep a close eye on the security of all of our client's websites and Content Management Systems. Recently a security hole was identified and fixed in the Umbraco CMS that powers websites across the globe including Microsoft, Peugeot, WIRED, Costa, Heinz, VOGUE and Silex Silicones! We've worked with Silex to implement the security fix; meaning the Silex website will continue to run smoothly and securely.
