Wayne McGregor | Random Dance celebrated its 10th anniversary year with the ambitious dance performance, Nemesis. Nemesis explores the relationship between body, screen and machine - extra-terrestrial dance meets reality TV. Nemesis premiered at Sadler’s Wells, London, before touring to more than 40 countries worldwide.
Nemesis is supported by the Arts Council of England and Southern Arts and is co-commissioned by South Hill Park, Swindon Dance, Sadler's Wells and DanceEast.
Collaborating on Nemesis were Wayne McGregor (Concept, Direction and Choreography), Scanner (Original Score), Jim Henson's Creature Shop (Costume and Mechanical Extensions), Jamie Courtier (Creative Director), Sharon Smith (Designer), Stonewood & Bryce (Fashion Design), Ravi Deepres (Digital Video Design), Luke Unsworth (After Effects Compositing), Lucy Carter (Lighting Design), Mark Hatchard (Animation and Visual Effects), Ellie Koorlander (Animation and Visual Effects), Edmund Kolloen (Animation and Visual Effects), Duncan Price (Animation and Visual Effects).
